We offer delivery within South Africa, taking care to ensure your order is securely packaged and handled with attention at every stage.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes

In-Stock Jewellery

Pieces that are in stock and ready to ship are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will depend on your location and the courier service used.

Custom & Special-Order Jewellery

Jewellery created especially for you, as well as items that are out of stock or require specific gemstones, diamonds or materials to be sourced, may take approximately 3–5 weeks to complete before dispatch.

The exact timeframe will depend on the design, availability of materials and whether any items need to be sourced. We’ll communicate the estimated timeline with you when your order is confirmed.

As each custom piece requires care and attention to detail, we appreciate your patience while your jewellery is brought to life.

Please note: The timeframes above refer to processing or creation before dispatch, not the courier delivery period. Your estimated delivery time will depend on your destination.

Delivery Within South Africa

We deliver to addresses throughout South Africa using a trusted courier service.

• Delivery fees: Applicable shipping costs will be communicated at checkout or confirmed with you before your order is finalised.
• Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.
• Secure packaging: Your jewellery will be carefully packaged to help protect it during transit.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Each custom jewellery piece is created with your individual vision in mind. Before production begins, we’ll confirm the agreed design, materials, pricing and estimated completion timeframe.

If your design requires a particular diamond, gemstone or precious metal to be sourced, this may affect the overall lead time. Should there be any significant changes to the expected timeframe, we’ll keep you informed.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend checking your parcel upon arrival to ensure that the packaging and contents are in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs, where applicable, so that we can assist.

Your statutory rights under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected by this policy.
